नशा मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सुंबल के चिकित्सक एवं अन्य सदस्यों ने उपायुक्त बांदीपोरा डॉ. ओवैस अहमद एवं सीएमओ बांदीपोरा के निर्देश पर एवं चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ. मुजफ्फर अहमद की देखरेख में नशामुक्ति के खिलाफ शपथ ली.
