This single-family house, with garden and garage, is located in the nice Florida.  This is villa is an architectural gem constructed with suspended wood beams to simulate an old sailing vessel.

It's a cozy, nice two-story oceanfront home, with spectacular views from the ocean confronting floor to ceiling windows and a large enjoyable deck.

The interior offers a custom stone fireplace, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Davis Beach Villa is in a gated, private community, with a spacious front courtyard.

You have your living room with Villa themed decor, a wireless internet connection, kitchen, laundry room with bathroom and garbage room. The bunk room is unique as the bunks are built into the wall as one lengthy bed but will fit two on top and two on the bottom. The main bedroom has a personal bathroom with shower only. Bedroom facing the ocean is an attic bedroom with screens for privacy from the living room.

Davis Beach Villa vacation rental rates are $140 per night. Until verified, rates are subject to change without notice.
